
Patice Gore is an insurance coverage litigation associate for Weston & McElvain LLP. As an associate, Ms. Gore represents insurers in coverage disputes and bad faith actions throughout California, primarily in Federal Court. Prior to joining Weston & McElvain LLP in 2010, Patice Gore was a business litigation associate at a large California-based law firm where she handled various business conflicts for both private and public clients.
Ms. Gore has also served as a claims representative at a national insurance company, primarily overseeing automobile, commercial vehicle, and motorcycle claims. In her work as a claims representative, Ms. Gore identified and resolved coverage issues and determined the amount of liability in each of the claims she handled.
